From default state, to setup:
Port #1 bridge to PTM VDSL VCI 35
Port #2 for management

1. Login at http://192.168.1.1/, username admin, password admin.
2. Setup VDSL2 Bridge using PTM (suitable for Server North, HSMP & Bell Nexxia networks)
   1. Basic -> WAN
   2. Layer 2: PTM
   3. WAN: Enable
   4. Service List: INTERNET
   5. Port Binding: LAN 1 (only)
   6. Connection Mode: Bridge
   7. Bridge Type: PPPoE_Bridged
   8. DHCP transparent transmission: Disable
   9. WAN dot1q: Enabled, 35
   10. WAN dot1p: Enabled, 0
   11. LAN dot1q: Disabled
   12. LAN dot1p: Disabled
3. Submit
4. Remove TR069 configuration:
   1. At top of screen, select other PTM connection (301)
   2. At top right of screen, click Remove
   3. Confirm.
5. Make Port #2 useful for management:
   1. Basic -> LAN
   2. DHCP Server: Enable
   3. Start IP: 192.168.1.200
6. Submit
